Elegant Rumba Dance Company, the premier L.A. style salsa school in Southwest Florida, provides students of all levels with a unique dancing experience. Elegant Rumba Dance Company offers a family environment where people can learn to dance, meet others and have fun, all while feeling comfortable. Our goal is to not only teach interested students salsa techniques to make them confident on the dance floor, but also to instill in them life-long skills, such as self-worth, teamwork and respect.

Established by Nery Antonio Garcia, Elegant Rumba Dance Company based out of Fort Myers, Florida. It is the only L.A. style dance company in Lee and Collier counties. L.A. style salsa is characterized by its intensity, spins, flash, and musicality. It is heavily influenced by other types of ballroom dances, such as West Coast Swing and Cuban Mambo. The style has spread beyond L.A. and is popular in dance scenes across the world.

Elegant Rumba Dance Company is dedicated to providing quality and affordable dance instruction to local and international students. Instruction is detailed, fun and easy to follow. Evening classes, private lessons and workshops are offered for students who are interested in learning Latin social dances, primarily L.A. style salsa. Instructors for Elegant Rumba Dance Company are available for demos, performances, and corporate events.
